John McVay, owner and operator, was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He and his family moved to the Lake Norman area in 2014 after years of visiting his in-laws and falling in love with the growing, vibrant community. Learning from some of the best in the business in the Pittsburgh area, John grew his skills and passion for delivering exactly what the customer wants, at a price they can afford. After a decade of learning under the wing of successful contractors, John started his own business through word of mouth, due to his reliable hard work, trustworthiness, and affordability. That reputation continues to keep his local business growing in North Carolina.
